In December last year we were asked to help Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) further develop their sales team and front line staff. After our first fact finding visit to their offices, Nicki and Lance were simply blown away at how fantastic CMV was and how energetic their people were.

So just before Christmas, Lance spent time with the guys at CMV and had the challenge of helping a very talented group of people become even more customer focussed.

After a few weeks we did our usual follow up call to check that everything was going well and received the following quote;

Naturally we wanted to share this story, but in true Rambutan spirit we decided it better to get a quarter of a year’s results first. So last week we asked Gary if it was okay to use his quote.
