Important bits about the environment, equality, the community and health and safety.

• We’re named after a fruit. So yes, we’re serious about the natural world we live in. We use as little paper as possible. We don’t have large engined, polluting cars. We travel on trains. We like buses. One day we may turn up for a meeting on a bike.
• We want our clients to fulfil their potential. So no doubt about it, we’re passionate about equal opportunities. Take a look at us. We’re a diverse bunch. We grow our business by respecting each other and playing to personal strengths. It has to make sense.
• We encourage our people to have a life outside work. So of course we believe in the community and CSR (look it up). We encourage Rambutan-ers to put something back, to do their bit where they live. They do: one of us is a school governor, another is involved in managing First Touch football for 7 years and under.
• We can only be the best if we look after ourselves. So we believe absolutely in health and safety. We do our best to provide a great work-space. No pool tables or in-house coffee shop yet, but user-friendly desks, and chairs that don’t do your back in when you’re on your laptop. They’re a start. Because most of us spend most of our time on clients’ sites, respecting other people’s rules and regulations is key to how we work.
